The marina of the Marine Watersport Vereniging (MWV) in Den Helder offers 47 berths, all equipped with electricity and water. While primarily used by members, visitors are most welcome. The marina is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the city center, the train station, and various museums such as the Marinemuseum and the Reddingmuseum. The ferry to Texel is easily accessible.
