The De Spaanjerd marina is a green family harbor with 1000 berths for sailing and motor yachts. Visitors are welcome. The marina offers a range of facilities, such as a boat crane, a service point, a slipway, and a harbor office. There is also secured access, a sailing school, a botel, a holiday park, sanitary facilities, a laundrette, a restaurant and sports and play facilities. A beach is also present. The harbor has been an annual recipient of the Blue Flag, a European quality label for environmental management, since 1996.
