AWV is a quiet marina located on the Twentekanaal on a transit route of IJssel-Eledde-Goor-Almelo-Coevorden-Meppel-Hogeveen. The port was founded in 1938 and is affiliated with the Watersportverbond. It is a port that has a lot to offer you: our friendly harbor master is always ready for you. The harbor has a cozy canteen with a beautiful terrace, where the atmosphere is always optimal. Here you can eat both drinks and small snacks at very pleasant prices. The harbor also has beautiful passers -by places, most with a piece of grass to recreate. Should there be refueling? No problem, the port has a gas station where you can refuel diesel. Do you not want to sail for a day? There are bicycles for rent at the harbor master. Due to the use of many volunteers, the entire port complex is in a top condition.
